At The Terrace,
Rob and Amanda arrive back from Sydney. Rob goes into the kitchen to see his
sister,
and Lynn asks Amanda how it was with Rob. Amanda tells her they got along
fine, apart from when Rob
saw Angela and he went a bit funny. In the kitchen, Rob tells Beryl that after
seeing Angela, he won't
get involved in a relationship for a long time. Beryl asks him if Amanda knows
that. Rob replies that she
isn't serious - she's just out for a bit of fun. He also tells Beryl that
he's just quit his job, and is moving
back up north. Beryl tells him it will be good for him - it'll give him a
bit of thinking time.

Wayne arrives
at Toorak, and Patricia and Stephen tell him how sorry they are about the
problems with
Jill. Wayne explains that he wants to get business out of the way. Patricia
tells Stephen that she'd like
a quick word with him alone, and Wayne disappears. Patricia explains that
to con Dee, they have to set up
a dummy company and Wayne, in his current vulnerable state, would be the ideal
head of the company.
David has arrived at The Terrace to take Beryl home. He starts talking to
Rob about Rob's trip back up
north, and Amanda is shocked. Rob asks her if she's okay, as she looks really
miserable. Amanda tells him
she's tired and leaves. Lynn has a go at Rob for being so blind, and talking
about his trip in front of
Amanda. Rob asks why it should worry her.
Amanda arrives back at Toorak and wants to talk to her father about her trip,
but Stephen tells her he
is busy with work and walks off.

At Dural, Angela
is looking through a photo album of her and Rob. She gets up and picks up
the phone.
Back at The Terrace, Rob asks Lynn why she didn't tell him how Amanda felt
about him. Lynn says that
she didn't want to interfere. Rob tells her he'll have to let Amanda down
lightly. The phone rings and Rob
answers it. There is no reply from the other end. Rob puts the phone down
and, at Dural, Angela does too.
Lynn tells Rob that Amanda is the kind of girl who takes things to heart,
so he is in for a rough time. Rob
replies that he's used to that at the moment.
At Toorak, Stephen and Wayne are finished working. Stephen tells Wayne to
go into the living room and
help himself to a drink. Stephen tells Patricia that his daughter wants a
chat, and she tells him that she'll
talk to Wayne. Patricia apologises to Wayne for the way she's been treating
him lately, and he accepts.
He tells her that things between him and Gordon aren't very good at the moment.
Patricia tells him that he
needs his own little bankroll, so he could do what he liked, when he liked.
Wayne agrees.
