Back at the house, Jill is comforting Patricia,
who is sobbing. She tells Jill that it was awful - Terry kept
grabbing at her. Stephen comes in and hugs Patricia. Jill tells him that Patricia
won't let her call the
doctor. Jill adds that Terry might have got away with it when he attacked
her, but not this time.
Later, Patricia is sitting in bed. Stephen suggests giving the police a call,
but Patricia tells him she doesn't
want them brought into it. She says that she wants to get out of there. Stephen
tells her they'll see. Stephen
says that if the law won't deal with Terry, someone has to.
Later, Stephen arrives at the main house where Fiona is. He is looking for
Terry. Fiona tells him that Terry
never touched Patricia - the whole thing is a set up. She asks if Patricia
has called the police and Stephen
says no. Fiona continues that, if Terry had attacked her, Patricia would prosecute
him through every court
in the land. She tells Stephen that Patricia warned her she would wreck her
relationship with Terry. He
replies that Patricia isn't interested in her or Terry - all she wants to
do is get away from Woombai. Fiona
laughs and tells him she bets Patricia wants him to go with her. Stephen says
that's only natural. Fiona tells
him he must realise that Patricia has made the whole thing up for her own
benefit - she gets back at her
and gets him to leave Woombai. Stephen doesn't believe her and tells her he
wants Terry booted out of
the property. Fiona tells him over her dead body. Stephen tells her she isn't
the sole owner of Woombai
and doesn't have all the say. Fiona suggests they get all the partners together
- they can hear both sides
of the story and make up their own minds.

In the bedroom, Patricia tells Stephen he should
have told Fiona what to do with her job. Stephen tells
his wife it's important he stays. He explains that Fiona thinks she engineered
the whole thing so he'd
go back to Sydney with her - if he leaves it's the same as saying she's right.
He tells Patricia to get some
rest while he phones Gordon and the others to organise a meeting. He leaves,
and Patricia looks fed up.
At Toorak, Amanda and Andy are sitting in the living room. Wayne comes in
and tells them that Terry
Hansen has attacked Patricia. Amanda jokes that he's a brave man. Wayne doesn't
see the funny side and
tells her it's nothing to laugh at. He adds that Hansen is a menace, and reminds
her what he did to Jill.
He walks out, and Amanda tells Andy she's put her foot in it. She says that
Wayne is never going to forget
Jill. Andy tells her she doesn't know that. Amanda tells him it's ironic -
she's the one having his baby, but
he's still in love with his old girlfriend.
Later, Andy is ready to leave. He tells Amanda to cheer up. Andy suggests
that she goes out to buy some
wallpaper for the spare room - it'll make her feel better. Wayne appears and
Amanda tells him she's going
out to buy some wallpaper for the nursery. She suggests he comes with her.
Wayne tells her he'll leave it
up to her. Amanda moans at him that it's his baby too - it'd be nice if he
showed an interest. Wayne tells
her they'll go now. Amanda goes to get the room measurements. Andy tells Wayne
he doesn't realise how
much Amanda's in love with him, and warns him not to hurt her. Wayne tells
him that's why he's keeping
his distance. Amanda returns, and the trio leave the house.
Amanda and Wayne are walking along the street when they come across a toy
shop. Wayne is reluctant to
go in, but Amanda insists. They browse through the shop. Amanda is interested
in a cuddly toy cat and an
Activity Bear toy. Wayne is more interested in toy soldiers and a cricket
bat. Amanda looks round and
laughs - Wayne is mucking about on a small rocking horse.

Later, Amanda and Wayne have the rocking horse
back at the house. Wayne tells his wife he had one just
like it when he was a kid. Amanda tells him he's changed his tune - at first
he wasn't interested in buying
wallpaper and then he buys the most expensive in the shop and lashes out on
a rocking horse. Wayne admits
he got a kick out of it. He suggests they get started on the wallpapering.
Gordon and Margaret arrive at Woombai. Margaret tells him she wants to go
and see Patricia. Gordon
picks up his cases and sees Terry standing there with his arms folded.
Robin is talking to Patricia in the bedroom. He is joking that her plans have
gone wrong. Patricia tells him
at least she'll have the satisfaction of seeing Fiona put through the wringer.
Margaret arrives and Robin
lets her in. He tells Margaret he's just leaving. Margaret consoles Patricia
and tells her Terry's not going
to get away with it.
At Toorak, Amanda and Wayne are wallpapering the spare room. Amanda complains
that she's got glue in
her hair. Wayne attempts to get it out, and Amanda says she thinks their baby
is going to love the room.
Amanda tells Wayne she'll have to buy some books on bringing up baby. Wayne
tells her he thought she
talked to Lynn about that. Amanda starts answering, then realises something.
She tells Wayne she thought
he couldn't remember her going to Lynn's, because of the blackout. Amanda
is annoyed and tells Wayne
there wasn't a blackout - he made it up because it was easier than having
to tell her he didn't love her.

Wayne
admits it, and Amanda is upset. Wayne explains he only did it because he cares
about her. He
continues that he always ends up hurting people he gets close to, and he does
care a lot about her. Wayne
says he thought it was best if he just pretended he wasn't interested in her.
Amanda tells him you don't
get anywhere in life if you're not prepared to take risks. Wayne tells her
they'd be going against the odds.
Amanda replies that she's prepared to chance it if he is. Wayne looks at her
for a while, and then the pair
put their arms round each other and kiss.
At Woombai, Terry is standing up for himself in front of Stephen, Gordon,
Jill, Fiona and Margaret. He
explains what Patricia has been up to with him, but only Fiona believes him.
Jill explains to Gordon what
she saw by the water hole. Fiona complains that it is all a set up. Gordon
says that they've all heard enough
and Margaret votes that Terry goes. Gordon tells Fiona that Wayne and Margaret
have voted that Terry
should go, so he and Beryl have to agree. Terry leaves, telling Stephen that
his wife is an evil woman. Fiona
is furious, and tells the others they'll have to start scratching around for
money, as they'll have to buy her
share of Woombai. She adds that she doesn't want to have any more to do with
any of them, and walks out.....
