You didn't try hard enough!Robin tries to explain.Rosie arrives.Wayne feels guilty.
Wayne and Amanda have arrived back at the house, and Robin has told them the bad news. Wayne is
furious, and Robin tells him that Patricia won't go along with it. He tries to explain, but Wayne tells him
to get out. He opens the front door and Rosie is there. Wayne is surprised to see her, and tells her that
Robin is just leaving. Robin leaves. Rosie tells Wayne she's been hearing good things about him from Beryl
and Gordon. They hug each other. Rosie says she thought he'd never settle down and start a family.
Wayne looks awkward.

Don't talk about the baby!Wayne's concerned.Amanda's optimistic.Gordon is surprised.
Later, Rosie is chatting in the living room with Amanda and Wayne. She asks if they want a boy or girl,
and Wayne replies that it doesn't matter. Amanda offers Rosie some more cake, but she tells them she
must be making tracks. She tells Amanda to look after herself and Wayne takes her to the front door.
Rosie tells him she's glad they're friends again, and he gives her a kiss. After she leaves, Wayne tells
Amanda that Rosie's the last person in the world he wants to lie to. Amanda tells him she probably won't
find out. Wayne replies that, if she does, Robin and Patricia will wish they'd never been born.
At Woombai, Gordon phones Margaret's flat and Tony answers. Gordon asks him if Patricia is staying
there, and Tony tells him she is staying with Wayne and Amanda. Gordon is surprised. He thanks Tony and
hangs up. He tells Barbara and Fiona the news, and they are equally shocked. Fiona suggests that Patricia
has a hold over the couple. She explains that it's strange that Patricia suddenly has the money to buy into
Woombai while, at the same time, Wayne is suddenly short of cash. She suggests they get Stephen to contact
the bank and find out whose signature is on the cheque Patricia paid into their account. She says her bet is
that it's Wayne's.
