The phone rings at Dural and Gordon answers it.
It is Barbara. He asks how things are going and she
says they are terrible. She explains that she and John went to see Andy at
the farm, and trying to
talk sense into Andy is like talking to a brick wall. She asks if Stephen
is there, and when Gordon says
yes, she asks to speak to him. Stephen, who has been told about Andy's involvement
with the strange
group of youngsters, takes the phone. Barbara tells him Andy's in the same
sort of situation as his
daughter Samantha was. Barbara says that she tried talking to Andy, but it
didn't work. She tells him
there's only one option left, but she'd rather he didn't mention it to Gordon
- he's got enough on his
plate. Stephen tells her to get on with it. Barbara tells Stephen she wants
him to come down and help
to kidnap Andy.....
