How do you know about my father?Roger's in control.Patricia listens. What about Carter?
At Toorak, Patricia is with Luke, who is on the phone to Donaldson. Luke tells him they'll have the papers
over to him that evening. Patricia tells him she was glad he could handle it, and isn't happy about Mike
being so late. Luke tells her it must be important - Mike isn't the sort of guy to let you down. Patricia tells
Luke he has his father's instinct. Luke asks her how she knows about his father. Patricia thinks and quickly
says that Jill has talked about him.
Later, Mike arrives and tells Patricia he had a problem with the family. Patricia tells him that the Donaldson
call came through, but Luke handled it. She tells him that she's going shopping, and they can discuss the new
accounts that evening. Mike asks about the Carter deal. Patricia tells him she'll take the file to the
hairdressers and have a look at it there. She leaves.
Later on, Patricia is at Roger's flat. He is looking through some papers and tells Patricia to forget Carter, as
they look shaky, and go for Grayton - they're small but they're going to hit big in a few months. He tells her
that he's got another meeting soon and asks how Luke is getting on. Patricia says he handled a dicey situation
very well, and they should have made him manager instead of Mike. Roger tells her to give it a little time, and
she'll see why he wanted it the way it is.
Later, back at Toorak, Patricia tells Luke and Mike exactly what Roger told her about Carter and Grayton.
She puts a file on the desk and goes up to get changed. Luke tells Mike that he thought Patricia didn't have
a clue that morning. Mike says she didn't. Luke wonders who Patricia's been speaking to.
